The home automation market is growing quickly. In fact, the home automation long-range forecast projects an average 29% growth per year through the year 2026. The Home Automation & Networking Association sponsored the "2020 Report on the Home Automation Market" prepared by R.T. Johnson and Company.

Knowing how and where to get information needed to capitalize on that growth can be a challenge. Fortunately, HANA serves as a one-stop source of information and professional contacts for the home automation industry.

The Wiring Americas' Homes Task Force selected the Home Automation & Networking Association as the sponsoring organization to increase the home automation marketplace. The purpose of Wiring Americas' Homes is to educate builders and consumers to prewire new homes for the information superhighway.

Our Code of Ethics promotes and maintains high standards of public service and conduct in order that home automation may be regarded as a profession; that the public may have increasing confidence in its integrity; and that the practice of Home Automation may best serve the public interest.

We continually cultivates relationships with national media to promote home automation. Just in the past several months, HANA has been interviewed for and featured in stories by NBC Nightly News, The Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Computing Life, and Home PC.
